If you want a great birdwatching experience , please look no further than Ansu…….his knowledge and patience is second to none…..coupled with the fact he is punctual , polite and a fountain of knowledge not just of Gambian birds but of the country in general , you will not be disappointed , I had 4 trips with Ansu and saw just short of 200 species…………Pirang , Kotu , Marakissa , Lamin and Abuko were amongst the places visited , had my wife with me for some of the trips , she is not a birder but Ansu had her mesmerized with his knowledge of the country , the fantastic birds and his Peregrine Falcon eyesight !! im looking to go back later this year and there will only be one guide I will be interested in using…….he is an all-round top guy…..a fantastic guide and an even better person…….
